CONSIDERED DESIGN. EXCEPTIONAL EVERYDAY LIVING.

Concealed or exposed? A considered choice.

Understand how a concealed cistern changes the look, planning and maintenance of your bathroom.

BELBO SANITARY · BATHROOM PLANNING

What sits behind the wall

An exposed cistern remains visible behind the toilet. A concealed cistern is installed within a wall or installation enclosure, leaving the flush plate accessible from the room. This creates a cleaner visual arrangement, but it means the supporting structure and plumbing must be planned before the walls are finished.

Plan for maintenance

Belbo’s Lusso Italiano brochure specifies tool-free maintenance. Ask the installer how the flush-plate access will be preserved and how maintenance will be carried out in your finished wall. Do not permanently seal service access.

Compare the installation formats

The Belbo collection includes a full-frame B-CFF-1070, half-frame B-CHF-1060 and frameless B-CNF-1050. Suitability depends on your wall and chosen commode. Ask a qualified installer to confirm structural support and compatibility.
